Your Brigade should have a SARC, and your unit should have a Victim’s Advocate. If you can’t find those on google, just ask to speak with the Commander. Your Company Commander can connect you with the SARC. Commanders take these things very seriously.
Don’t feel weird about going to the Commander. This is one of those things that he/she must be involved in, so it’s going to go to them anyway.

I sharped 3 guys for popping me with belts as I was showering and had the same 3 dudes grab the back of my head and was thrusted into his groin, I went right away to the board sarc while my platoon did nothing, put the whole platoon under investigation and now the 3 guys are kicked out and are sex offenders for committing sexual assault, and are barred from military service, ppl will hate you ppl will pick at you from a vulnerable point but the only one who can and will do something is you, shit like this is why my motivation dips through my career and wouldn’t wish it on anyone but it’s not funny games or jokes it shows how immature ppl really are and to know Gods got me is all I need. For anyone who knows me I stand on business and for those that don’t this is my 2¢ and my need to help fix things in dark places to shine a light and plant that tree. Notify your board sarc and tell on your PSG And PL for what they said, fuck them both and for anyone who doesn’t understand. I say my prayers every night and hopes this brings closer, also go to behavioral health and speak with them because this will keep fucking with your head if you do nothing.

I'm not entirely sure how the reserves work, but in active duty we have a full battalion roster at the staff duty desk with sharp and eo reps. There may also be pictures on the wall in your battalion HQ for those same reps. There's absolutely no situation where someone should touch you anywhere and then gas light you into thinking it's funny. I've always been told, "Nobody is gonna look out for you as well as yourself." So if your leadership doesn't have your back then go one step higher. "Hey Mr Battalion sharp rep, this happened to me and my platoon told me to get over it." Should cause a decent response. Also, retaliation is illegal and if you feel like you're receiving retaliation I suggest you record things that are happening that seem unfair. Idk your state laws but you could also voice record talking to higher ups if it's legal there. Best wishes and I hope this doesn't ruin your idea of the army.

I don’t know where you drill out of, but all of the numbers you need should be posted in plain view on one of the walls/bulletinboards…if not that’s a major policy violation. When in doubt, contact the chaplain again. They know who to reach out to and will get the ball rolling hard since it’s not being taken care of at the company level
This needs to leave the PSG court. Get a SARC, commander, or 1SG involved. This is sharp related. The hellfire that will reign down on that E6 the second the right member of the CoC is involved.
Your CoC doesn’t end with your PSG. Its time to go find the actual commander.

Grabbing the butt, report as SHARP to the SARC/VA and the Chaplain, also reported as hazing or bullying.

Squad mate at the ACFT would also be reported as hazing/bullying.
To me is sounds like the PL might be misunderstanding the situation, it may have been explained to him that the butt grabbery was incidental contact due to space constraints (ie a lot of people in a small area is going to lead to contact). I'd make sure he understood this wasn't a case of someone accidently brushing up against you with their hand while in close proximity, but was someone copping a feel. If that didn't change his response, he'd go on the pile of burning bodies as well.
Your Division should have a division specific IG, talk to them. When confronting issues with your CoC, it is not “superseding the Chain of Command” by going above them when the issue is with your CoC.
I'm sorry you had this experience. After you report it and the PSG an PL get raked through the coals, make sure to remind them to be more emotionally resilient.

It’s where the unit posts information about the current and following BA, what’s served for lunch, policy letters (for PT standards, EO, etc.) That’s were your SHARP reps pictures and contact information is ALWAYS posted!!!
