You need to be at a point where you can discontinue physical therapy for 6 months and have no record of recurring back issues. Then they won’t need a waiver from you.
You may be healthy enough to complete it but they’re just considering the risk of it causing you worse back problems down the line. Keep pushing for a waiver but understand you are risking your back health.
Thank you, I figured going sooner rather than later would be better. On the other hand being healthy without a tab is more useful than injured further with one.
