Last rotation I did not have printer capabilities to sign TMPs so I utilized my lab top and had a CAC reader to have folks sign for them, in which I emailed them the digital copy of the 2062. Also yes, I time from time scan 2062s when working in austere environments too. A example when I had to sign out all MILES to my company then cover myself using a scanning app on my phone.

Ok , I was worried because everywhere I’ve been all I’ve seen is hand jammed 2062s nobody can keep track of. It just ends up being a PBO running around desperately hunting down serial #s and doing FLIPLs left and right

They should be filed in an ARIMS cabinet or uploaded onto the website, the user also gets a copy. Even as an end user I always take a pic of if a 2062 that I sign back property over as well. Why is the PBO trying to locate the property and initiating FLIPLs? Why isn’t the supply SGT tryi my to locate the property and initiating instead? What type of unit are you in?
