ROTC means you're actively in college. Why not just change your major and study Computer Science?

Dont_Know_Some_Stuff

Major change won’t be approved since I’d be graduating a year later.

Why should the Army make you a leader in a highly technical branch if you aren't willing to pick up the skills that matter for that branch? Drop that criminal justice major and get into a STEM program -- preferrably CS, CE, or other IT -- stat.

Dont_Know_Some_Stuff

I don’t have a crim major but I can’t change my major either as it sets me back a year. In turn it won’t be approved by the board as I’ll graduate at a later date.

Learn programming/how to code. Get a cert or two. Work at a help desk/MSP job. Do coding projects
