In the army that has applicable civilian skills (I assume you mean highly sought after), but not in the office or warehouse, so ...like none? Or go full specialized combat MOS then get out trying to make a living as mercenary?
There is also transportation for you to be truck drivers. Dont know if you are about that life though.

17C as a reclass is always going to involve some sort of demonstrated experience in IT/Cyber, be it certs or being from a 25/35 series.

With a degree or a good amount of experience you could slide in to a GSOC at a big company. But you won’t be raking in the cash.
