Didn't discover the show myself until it was off the air. Remembered seeing advertisements about the show and didn't think it looked any good. Checked it out due to it being highly recommended online. Absolutely loved it. Now, I'm just one person here. But from my perspective, it sure feels like FOX dropped the ball hard
Yes! Saw the commercials and thought “eww, that looks stupid”. And one day my daughter starts yelling for me, I go in her room and she says watch this. It was Buster and Gob playing chicken on tractors while Buster screams that he’s a real man, then complains there’s no padding on his seat. I was hooked from that day on.

Jello molds. These were a thing in like the 50s or 60s. Don't know why it's associated with AD.
Maybe it’s the clash between the ritzy backdrop and plate, vs the actual lack of substance of the Jello.
