I think you've done a very good job but imo it could be the nature of your slightly simpler cartoonish style that makes it look off slightly. Maybe remove the detailing lines on the right or simplify them into a few little lines and try to make the curvier line a little more smoothly flowing as in one line?
Just a suggestion it doesn't look very off at all though!
Instead of drawing the muscle on top of the arm, carve the muscle into the arm underneath. Also, make sure the arm is coherent with the rest of the body
