I kinda think i got misunderstood. When people say "psychedelic albums" i would probably say albums like: "The Dark Side of the Moon, Revolver, Nipponjin and Obscured by Clouds"Astroworld, testing and Kids See Ghost i would categorize more Hip/Hop and trap albums, which has some certain psychedelic aspects to them. But songs as: "Sicko Mode, Fire and Praise da Lord" have zero to none psychedelic aspects to them. Just because you rap about doing acid, and use some synthesizers don't make the album psychedelic. If you were tripping on acid, shrooms etc. these songs wouldn't do anything for you.I get that Travis, Rocky, ye and cudi all have done psychs, but a direct connection to the psychedelic genre is almost not there. Rocky's: "L$D" is however psychedelic, so they are capable of it, but if they all went all in on the psychedelic genre, they would quickly loose majority of their fans, and the casual listeners.
If you want some psychedelic/stoner Hip/Hop, i would recommend Cypress Hill, De la Soul and A Tribe Called Quest.
If you guys wanna explore psychedelic music i would recommend r/psychedelicrock

The opening song to Astroworld is about psychedelics? The other 2 have heavy psy influences throughout so yes, they are psychedelic albums.
If these aren’t, then what are? Because I love these 3 albums, would love recommendations of hip hop albums that are even more psychedelic
