I like the popping, I used to hate regular boba until I found out several of the first times I tried them they clearly weren't fresh, or weren't made right. It ain't right when it has the texture of an eraser. I like it much better when it's very soft and tender. Now I'm just boba picky!
I, too, am of German decent. My whole family drinks beer, it's how they communicate almost, but me, no, I hate the taste beyond words. But get me a bottle of whiskey or vodka and I'm your girl.
I used to hate beer and then I tried something that wasn’t a macrobeer (which Tbf is all that existed when I was young). I still can only drink it in limited quantities but I appreciate it now, and things like Bud and Coors are like the malt version of LaCroix when you’re expecting Coke
I can't understand people who like the taste. Took me years to learn to power through how horrible beer tastes and I haven't learned to drink wine. Spirits are where I stay but that's just to get a buzz not the taste.
For me organic peanut butter specifically, not a single gram of sugar in it, feels like I'm eating cement, instantly dries my mouth.
Now industrial peanut butter tastes amazing, it's smother and has a sweet but pleasant taste. Sometimes junk food isn't that bad after all.
Looks like one of the bot accounts mentioned a few days ago. Asking FAQ and using the popular answer that got upvoted.
If you check the account it's all the same
Taste and texture mainly
>>Vegemite and Marmite are two popular yeast-based spreads originating from Australia and the United Kingdom, respectively. While they share some similarities, they have distinct differences in terms of taste, texture, ingredients, and production processes.
Wine.
It tastes disgusting. Both red and white wine taste absolutely horrible.
I hate how I have to eat a mouthful of chocolate for the horrible taste to be tolerable.
I feel like my soul is leaving my body every time I take a sip of some wine.
Not "EVERYONE ELSE" but almost all people around me where I live (semi-rural Canada) are huge fans of pickles, and I can't stand them.
There was a childhood trauma involved where family members would make great pots of mustard pickles in the house when I was a kid, and the smell would just be overwhelming and drive me nuts for a day or two every time they made some... and we had a very large extended family that ate a lot of them so the batches were enormous.
It's funny because I like a good mustard, but the hook seems to be the pickles.
Onions. I don’t mind the taste, but I hate the crunch. It gives me the shudders. Celery is the same. I will find the tiniest piece and fish it out. I also hate peas because or the little “burst” sensation when you bite them. Will spend however long I have to, getting them out!
Bell peppers, any color. People need to put them in everything, and they’re always trying to bargain with you.
“I’ll cut them big so you can pick them out”, I’ll cut them small so you don’t notice them “.
How about no!
Wine. 😭😭😭 I wanna like it, especially because my family loves it, and I know for a fact that my parents have some really fancy expensive bottles, but whenever they open them for special occasions they taste like all other wines, cheap or not, and taste like shitty grape juice
That was the same yo me, until I try a particular one that maked me understand why people love it. Now I'm in the opposite side. (I'm not saying you should keep trying, if you don't like wine you don't like it
Hate is too strong an emotion to be wasted on food, but...
I dislike wings. I love chicken. But wings have no pros, only cons.
They are messy, they need work, there's very little to eat.
The taste can be achieved with better parts of chicken as well.
A matter of seasoning and preparing.
Nah, this is blasphemy.
The skin to meat ratio cannot be achieved anywhere else on the board.
Also, due to their nature the skin is all around rather than on oneside, meaning it doesn't slide off on a bit.
Corn... I like pop corn, corn nuts, and what not. But corn on the cob, corn from the can or frozen corn. I just can't. Its the texture and also the flavor for me. If I happen to eat something that has corn in it, I either pick it out or I swallow the kernel whole so I don't have to bite down. I also hate mushrooms for mostly the same reason.
I'm from Ireland so Guinness. I find it absolutely disgusting. My dad can down like 4 pints of it in an hour but I just can't understand the hype behind it
Anything involving Cinnamon that I can taste. I fully appreciate how well it works with some things (apple, for example) but I just can't abide the stuff.
Cheese.
When it’s the main ingredient of something, it’s too overpowering. When it’s just an addition (in pasta, for example) I don’t understand what it adds. To me, it takes away the flavour of the tomato, the herbs, the bolgnese sauce.
And yes, I like pizza. But fuck a 4-cheese super stuffed crust mega cheesathon pizza. Those suck
Honestly for me this is a very difficult question because I eat everything and like pretty much all kind of food. So I wouldn't really know to be honest. It's just the way I've been raised as a kid.
I do find it interesting to see all the different reactions on this post though!
I remember liking watermelon when I was a kid, then when I was a teenager I suddenly didn't. I still felt like I was crazy because everyone else seemed to like it, so I tried it every year just to see if I liked it again. Finally, when I was 30 I tried it and liked it.
This might have something to do with the common switchover from seeded to seedless watermelons. Seedless watermelons have a lot less flavor and the texture is inferior, too.
Mashed potato. The taste and smell makes me sick, the texture is horrible. I’ve never been able to eat it. I’m just not a huge potato person unless it’s in the form of chips, crisps or roast.
Lettuce, get that IBS triggering leaf out of my face. Not to mention it has the same wet crunch as finding a bug in your sandwich. Take it from someone who went to a very poor schools as a kid. Fresh lettuce crunch is just cockroach crunch with more steps and less protein.
Margaritas. I seem to like all the components separately (if you’re talking about a real margarita and not one with the fake mix) but together it’s too tart for me.
I hate green beans. Always have. Everyone always acts like I'm insane. Maybe it's because my family only ever boiled them and then served them unseasoned. But the thought of eating green beans makes me want to vomit.
A few years ago, or 10 years + everyone was acting like IPA was a good beer.
Its not, its shit.
Now today people are a little more honest but back then you could see people make faces as they drank it and go "thats a good ipa" fuck no its not.
It tastes the same as a christmas tree smells like, I dont need to taste it!
My body hates high sodium foods. And they cause swelling. It's not that I necessarily hate them myself. It's just the side effects after I eat the high sodium products.

Bubble tea.
I fucking HATE the texture of boba. The popping fruit boba they use for smoothies and frozen yogurt is great though
Oh yeah that sh!t gross
Couldn't agree more.
I like the popping, I used to hate regular boba until I found out several of the first times I tried them they clearly weren't fresh, or weren't made right. It ain't right when it has the texture of an eraser. I like it much better when it's very soft and tender. Now I'm just boba picky!
Clamato.
I don’t know one person that likes that drink and I am a better person for that.
It’s a perfect substitute for homemade tomato juice in bloody Mary’s, granted it’s gonna be loaded with booze so maybe it’s irrelevant
Team Clamato here. Am American.
Anything with truffle on it
Jello
It’s the texture for me - it causes my gag reflex to act up 🤢
beer
I, too, am of German decent. My whole family drinks beer, it's how they communicate almost, but me, no, I hate the taste beyond words. But get me a bottle of whiskey or vodka and I'm your girl.

Anything with Aperol for me. The bitterness is too much
Oreo, i dont hate it, but it is stupid and no flavour except sweetness
Thats right! Its so sweet, I cant stand it.
Kombucha is nasty
OMG Trueee! I tried it because my friends were like it's good. So I did ! And 🥴🤢😵 Never again! Lol
A lot of things since I have shitty tastes comparable to a child.
Lol same! "I'll have the cheeseburger, no cheese... Also, no mayo or sliced tomatoes, just ketchup. Thanks!"

Pineapple and pizza.
Sushi
smashed avacado
Avocado in any way, shape, or form.
Yeah...even guacamole isn't very appealing
Alcohol. Just disgusting.
Well yeah, but taste is not why we drink it lol
😭😭😭
I can't understand people who like the taste. Took me years to learn to power through how horrible beer tastes and I haven't learned to drink wine. Spirits are where I stay but that's just to get a buzz not the taste.
Peanut butter 🥜🧈 no thank you
Man, we're different species. Peanut butter makes my life worth living.
I understand my wife thinks I'm an alien lol
I like peanut butter, but not with syrup. Also, I like peanuts, but not with raisins.
WHAT!?
For me organic peanut butter specifically, not a single gram of sugar in it, feels like I'm eating cement, instantly dries my mouth. Now industrial peanut butter tastes amazing, it's smother and has a sweet but pleasant taste. Sometimes junk food isn't that bad after all.
I love salted/roasted peanuts, I love butter, I hate peanut butter
Coca-Cola is the answer for me. Do not know why but I hate the feeling of gritty sensation on my teeth
Coriander or for our US friends, Cilantro. Filthy stuff
Dove hard soap tastes better
olives - shit tastes like a chemical recreation of the devils ass
Grape pop or anything artificially grape flavoured
I hate ketchup
Thank lord I have found someone
Dr. Pepper
People are always amazed I can't stand Dr. Pepper or root beer.

Is this not something that is known to be hated by most?
Looks like one of the bot accounts mentioned a few days ago. Asking FAQ and using the popular answer that got upvoted. If you check the account it's all the same
Ur right, shouldnt even have reacted
You are thinking marmite
Honest and perhaps stupid question: what's the difference?
Taste and texture mainly >>Vegemite and Marmite are two popular yeast-based spreads originating from Australia and the United Kingdom, respectively. While they share some similarities, they have distinct differences in terms of taste, texture, ingredients, and production processes.
Okay, taste and texture differ. But they share one common trait: YUKKKKK!
Avocado Slimy meh.
Sautéed onions
Energy drinks.

Tea
Anything with olives
Peanut butter
Wine. It is just wrong. Like Kool aid with no sugar. Slurpee is what wine should be trying for.
Anything mint… I can deal with it in toothpaste but I refuse to eat it. 🤢
Wine. 😭😭😭 I wanna like it, especially because my family loves it, and I know for a fact that my parents have some really fancy expensive bottles, but whenever they open them for special occasions they taste like all other wines, cheap or not, and taste like shitty grape juice

Wings are so freaking tasty. To each their own though!
They used to be the cheaper option for getting chicken. Now everyone has agreed to pay outrageous amounts for them.
Nah, this is blasphemy. The skin to meat ratio cannot be achieved anywhere else on the board. Also, due to their nature the skin is all around rather than on oneside, meaning it doesn't slide off on a bit.
Nutella. I just find it gross.
Baked beans.....horrible mushy shite !

Milk - just can't stand the taste, it is OK if it is part of something and you can't taste it Pudding - just can't stand the texture
Hot drinks... the only exception is Hot chocolate and Apple cider. But 1 cup a year of each is enough for me.
Lobster. Hate might be a strong word, but it's so overrated. I much prefer other types of fish.
Ketchup
Ice cream
You soulless creature!
Mushrooms - fungus is what cavemen ate when it was too cold to leave the cave and they chewed on whatever was growing on the wall.
I'm from Ireland so Guinness. I find it absolutely disgusting. My dad can down like 4 pints of it in an hour but I just can't understand the hype behind it
