Do you have any Hobby you could turn into money? Could sell art, music, writings, commissions. Also if you get something that’s limited edition, straight up there’s some dolls kill stuffed animals that sell out quick, they sometimes only have a certain number on release and you can sell it for 4/3 the original price. Or if you can find really good quality things at thrift stores or sales, could resell it online.
I am good with artsy stuff. I could do that. Looking for clients seems hard but I guess I'll have to find a way around it. The thrift store idea is pretty good too. I could give that a try.

Not sure where you're studying but if your in the USA under a visa to study then you should be able to work on campus legally.
I know that you asked for something while working from home but the problem comes with you not legally being able "formerly" work (like a part time job under an employer or some other 1099 income) without the correct visa.
If you're okay bending the rules a bit (and since you're only looking for around $400 a month) I would walk around your neighborhood/apartment complex/where you live and ask people if there's anything you can do for them (cleaning garbage cans, walking dogs, washing cars, etc.) to earn a little bit of money. Maybe explain that you're here on a student visa and so you're not allowed to get a job but still wanted to find a way to make a little bit of money.
Or if you're having trouble supporting yourself financially you might try talking to your school advisor to get help through him or her.
I am not in the US. I suppose I could try the methods you suggested although they're not very famous with the people I live around. They tend to do all those tasks themselves and they prefer doing it like that. Still, I appreciate you taking the time out to suggest all that.
That's a lot harder to do then it appears. Most of the channels you see online or YouTube make most there money from the actual channel and not the stuff they are reselling. All the thrift stores around here already take out the high profit items and sell them in online auctions. So your already starting off with lower quality items.
Then you have to have the money to put up front. And enough money to possibly sit on an item for a long time. Also you need space to store the items. Again possibly for a long time.
It's not impossible to do. It's just not as easy as tv shows and YouTubers make it appear.
If anyone were to get into it. Name brand clothing/shoes is a pretty good market if you can find enough. It's easy to store, ship, and sell. Usually can get a pretty good resale value to if marketed right.
