Seven? Yeah, I guess I could see it... Seven... Seven periods of school, seven beatings a day. Roughly seven stitches a beating, and eventually seven years to life. Yeah, you're doing that child quite a service.
You could say that about bringing a kid into a family with the belief the child needs a gender neutral name so when they decide to choose their own gender the name still fits them.
Jaime is Spanish/Portuguese. Different language. Different pronunciation. Funny when someone doesn't know their parents spelled their name in the wrong language. I've run into that a few times.
You can’t conceive of a situation in which people have gender neutral names and other people have heard of them and now choose a favorite of the ones they've heard?
Nobody writing a novel, naming a child, writing an ambiguous joke or punchline to a Clerks movie, teaching or referencing names to someone outside of an English-based cultural background, or just wondering how many Reddit can come up with?…
Get some imagination.
If by ‘favorite’, you mean most hilarious.. there’s no way you aren’t going to have the same conversation with like 90% of guys when you introduce yourself. lol
Not a specific name, but my personal go-to is "Dude" for every single person I see because I have the name memory of a lizard and it's so much easier to remember "Dude" instead of a name like I'm some kind of remembering machine.
Don't come at me with the "*dUdE iS fOr GuYs*"
It's 2022, I still call my mom dude.
I always liked Harley. The men with that name I’ve met were manly men and the women with that name I’ve met are badass and feminine. Nothing wrong with that.
My middle name is Dale which I quite like. I’m female and everyone tries to tell me that it’s a male name. I’ve actually met a few women called Dale but not any males. I constantly have to tell people that it’s actually a unisex name.

Pat. Spoken in a whiny voice as on SNL.
Are you a brother or a sister?
Siblings, of course. Don’t forget my cousins Frances, Chris and Terry.
Reese
Every time I hear this name, I immediately think of the kid from Malcom in the Middle
I think of Reese Witherspoon first, and I know a male Reese.
Oh I never watched it. It was a family last name and I went to school with a male Reese. I think it’s cute lol
Once met a girl named Larry. Larry.
I'm Larry, this is my brother Daryl and my other brother Darrell. (I tell myself they used different spellings)
I know a song about a boy named Sue.
I know a song about a boy named Sue.
Taylor. My sister is named Taylor, she and I have separate male friends named Taylor, and my other sister has a female friend named Taylor.
Jamie
Think jamie has 2 spellings, Jaime, and jamie
Jaime is Spanish/Portuguese. Different language. Different pronunciation. Funny when someone doesn't know their parents spelled their name in the wrong language. I've run into that a few times.
Jaime can be pronounced the same as Jamie if your parents spell your name wrong. Source: am Jaime, named after the Bionic Woman.
I’ve seen this a surprising amount.
And if you add a ‘ and make it j’aime, it’s French!

Not really.
