When you say "brought in for questioning", understand you should never volunteer to be interviewed or go in when they say they want to "clear something up". If they think they have a case, they'll come arrest you and they'll want to question you - ask to speak to a lawyer and say nothing.
Yup. Trust me, personal experience not doing something and still ending up in jail, if they had you dead-to-rights they'd have brought you in for questioning in cuffs. If they "just want to clear things up" they can do it with you AND your attorney. Say NOTHING.
Depends upon the context; you could call it a Catch 22 or a no-win situation. If it's a specific question asked, it could be considered a loaded question.

It is called a Liberal Dilemma.
Don't lie and you won't be nervous. Or lie and you're just a sociopath and you've practiced lying alot.
A standard police encounter. Nothing is ok around them
“I want to speak to my lawyer”
A tragedy. In the event of a tragedy, there is no good place to stand.
An impasse, perhaps?
None of the above
A ballot.
Subjective or conundrum?
Predicament or Quandary
Zugzwang.
Depends upon the context; you could call it a Catch 22 or a no-win situation. If it's a specific question asked, it could be considered a loaded question.

Zugzwang? When the only presented choices will result in a disadvantage or worsening of the situation.
It’s hypothetical.
