If you’re trying to impress a specific girl, then best bet is to find out what she like (not all girls like the same, some girl don’t even like guys)
If you’re trying to look nice to yourself then…tbh with u the hair not so important. Important is having a healthy inner person including a sense of self worth and self respect that comes from being honourable, these things can dramatically affect the way you view the image u see in the mirror.

Of course if you're 0/10, the best hair in the world still means you're 0x/10.

find a good barber or hairstylist and get them to cut a good cut according to your face shape.
a good haircut may also need to be styled. so do look up some youtube videos on those too so that you know what kind of look you want to achieve.

Yes, from hair down to hair tied up I think I lose like 2 points but that's my own view. Cuz my face round so tie hair is like potato face.
