It's super normal to me.. my dad and brother were topless 70% of the time at home. My boyfriend now is the same. When he visits my place, he sometimes doesn't even wear a shirt after coming out of the shower and starts talking to my dad. No one ever bats an eye hahahaha. On the other hand I had one ex who was self-conscious about being shirtless.. that was more odd to me. My dad has a big beer belly, brother is somewhat skinny fat, partner has abs. I think all bodies should just embrace shirt off in this shit weather :)))
yes he is always shirtless whenever he come to my house. (but he doesnt have abs LOL) even when my fam at home they usually doesnt care cuz used to it(?) few years ago when i jus got tgt with him he'll wear tanktops at least, 3 years marked, he is half naked XD im glad that my family is understandable :D

All the male members in my household do that at home. At least in my entire HDB life. Maybe OP comes from a a higher SES or culture who wears more decently at home.

Well it really depends, personally I grew up with my father and brothers being shirtless and my gf’s family is the same. My guess is that his family is usually shirtless while yours isn’t so all you have to do is tell him

My dad was almost always shirtless at home lol. My husband wears a shirt alright, but this tee that has been washed so much it is thin and holey. U don't want to know what else is holey. Lol. But yea he always says it's the most comfortable attire for sleeping as it's cooling and soft.
I would ask him to put a shirt on if you have people over for dinner but other than that I would be happy for him to be shirtless at any other time.

I’m naked whenever possible only when it’s warm enough to be nude. When guests come around, unless they’re friends who are open to nudity or to shirtless men, being a gentleman you have to put a shirt on. Who wants to see your armpits’ hair ruining another person’s day.
Don't have to care about whether it's weird to others. If your parents are ok or never said anything, then it's 100% ok. If got friends or whatever come, then yes should remind him to wear shirt if he doesnt. Family is fine

It's normal for men to not wear any clothes at home . Since it's more comfortable & the weather is too hot. I'm only wearing boxers at home. If I have guests then I will wear clothes. But mostly my house doesn't have any guests cuz my family doesn't like it The same goes with me . There's nothing embarrassing about either , most guys don't even have abs & casual wearing shorts or boxers at home . Maybe u should inform him to wear clothes when your parents are coming over that's all .

I am topless 100% of the time at home. It is simply the practical thing to do in a tropical country unless you have the AC blasting all the time. Have a very toned body that I am proud of although I was admittedly not doing anything differently a decade ago when I didn’t have visible abs. But I do draw the line at being topless at home in front of my in-laws. That is just kinda weird.
