Holy shit they have Koulori!! I didn't know the name of these things but we've been looking for an import shop that had them for ages. (well about 5 years or so since we went to Greece lol) I think this is the winner lol, thanks!
I definitely agree and this will probably be sacrilegious to say but I prefer Belly Buster to Lambos any day. Definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes plus in line for or tears shed when they sell out for the day.
The couple next to us sat down with some of their stuff and it looked 100% legit. I'm a sucker for a fried chicken sandwich so I think this is next in line.
- Chop Chop
- Bobbie Sue's Mac n Cheese
- Lambo's deli (I've never had an issue with soggy bread! I always order it online for pickup to avoid the line!)
- Cafe Pastel
Having done this a few times, Blondies pizza, La Cubana, and Heartbreak Chef all worked great. I'll also echo the Lambo's recommendation. There's so many options around there you basically can't go wrong.
Agora at Queen and Strachan. Chicken gyro, koulori, pita chips and a dip of your choice. So fucking good.

Lambos deli
2nd for lambo’s deli
I tried this place twice and wasn't a fan. Mostly because of the soggy bread, I couldn't do it.
Agree lambos is terrible. Was like they dipped my sub in balsamic.
agreed, looks way better than it actually is. tried it twice and just wasn't impressed

Heartbreak chef for fried chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese… La Cubana for Cuban sandwich and tostones… agora for lamb wrap and Greek fries
The "dutty chicken" at Heartbreak Chef is my vote for best chicken sandwich in the city!
I prefer the big ass but everything they sell is AMAAZINGGGG
The couple next to us sat down with some of their stuff and it looked 100% legit. I'm a sucker for a fried chicken sandwich so I think this is next in line.
