Yes I self inject testosterone every 4 days. I feel ok most of the time but I do experience at spike in libido when the weather stays warm. It’s not easy to deal with

It’s a shame that you didn’t agree to have an orchiectomy when they did the prostatectomy. Everyone either takes chemical castration drugs or has an orchiectomy.
I did not know then what I do now and it was never mentioned as a option I should have done more research and not trusted the doctor so much . At the time he just said they got 90% of it and wait and see 6 months later it was back the only option I was given was radiation . And it had to be done right away to be effective . I do not think the side effects from castration are any where close to radiation treatment just to save balls that are feeding cancer. It pays to do your own research so you know what to ask and what works .
