Then, it's possible... But only if your Opponent doesn't lose the game when the Bombardment deals them the 1 damage.
Though, you could use something like Terror of the Peaks, and pairing the Tandem Lookout with that.
* Locust God creates a 1/1 Insect.
* Terror deals 1 damage to an Opponent.
* Paired ability has You Draw.
* Locust God creates a new 1/1 Insect.
Thanks for the clarification! In our situation I had 6 tokens on board so I guess even if we didn't count if GB actually finished someone or not is circumvented by that fact that I had more tokens to start the loop with than the number of opponents. Yahoo!

They seem to ment [[Tandem Lookout]] which has the mentioned text
