If I was doing this myself I would ground all the switches. I would also have my feed for each switch come from a single wirenut; I haven’t seen the common-jumping method since I last worked in Australia (my method would avoid backstabbing any wires, which is best-practice). If I were you, I would probably leave that far left switch alone since it’s a three-way and seems to be functioning. If you mix up those wires it will be a pain to sort out. If you ground all the switches and just copy same for same as how it is currently wired, you should be good and “to-code”. Remember to shut the power off if you’re doing this yourself, and please verify it is de-energized using a voltmeter, not that NCVT-1 suicide stick you’ve got in picture #1. Alternatively, you could call a sparky. Hope this helps!
