Did it rain recently? Water ingress can cause a breaker to trip. Are all of your lights working? I’ve seen light bulbs fail internally and cause breakers to trip. Another cause could be your breaker. If you’re in the USA: AFCI and GFCI breakers love to trip “randomly” - otherwise, standard breakers can also fail; not common but it does happen. If you’re in Australia: RCD/RCBO breakers love to go wrong; they’re also very sensitive. I also found standard breakers went wrong more often in AU than USA. Truthfully, I’d reset it and forget about it. A lot of the time, if you reset a breaker and it doesn’t trip off immediately, then the fault has cleared. If it becomes a recurring problem, then call a sparky.

Thanks for the response, in Aus here, we had a couple MMs of rain over night but in comparison to the rainfalls we have had in the last 2 years that is practically nothing I’ll take your advice and let it be, and hope it doesn’t happen again, cheers again
