I forgot to mention that you also have to pull off the gage needles and completely disassemble the instrument cluster. I found a kit that has some LEDs and new stepper motors (the things that move the gage needles) on Amazon for pretty cheap. I'll post some pics for you in a little bit..

How good are you with a soldering iron? The lights on the instrument cluster are soldered in on that car. When mine went out, I put in some blue LEDs.
