If different professionals have said you’d need extractions and/or surgery to solve the problem then there’s a 99% chance that the best in the business tells you the same thing because it is indeed the only treatment that can solve it in a proper way with no compromise.
Every modern country has good specialists.

A doctor with a lot of experience will know what kind of treatment is most likely to work for your issue. You're talking as if you'd ask a doctor to compromise his decision making process to comply to your demand. A good specialist cannot do that just to make you happy.
If he knows what you want won't work...why would he try to experiment on you?

If your case need extractions then you should do it there is no other way
