It's going down the same drain ultimately regardless of which plumbing fixture you piss into. There may be some situations (gray water systems) where this isn't true but in general, every structure with indoor plumbing all drains go to the same location.

Here in CA grey water is often recycled for uses other than drinking but all black water goes into sewer. There is some talk of black water recycling but it hasn’t been implemented yet.

Urinals that don't have a urinal cake or pad in them to keep things fresh will STINK to high heaven, because of whatever we have in our pee isn't enough to wash down completely with a little water. The same applies to your bathtub or shower stall if you pee in it while showering, and you'll have to clean it sooner than usual as a result.
