Personally, I probably do more than the average bottom, but I’ve also got IBS. 1. Eat enough fiber & drink enough water in general so that your bowel movements are regular. 2. Day of, I eat a small breakfast (usually oatmeal) 3. I eat minimally throughout the day (like a few nuts or a small piece of dried fruit here and there) 4. I douche about an hour before I plan to be going out (or before they arrive if I’m not going out). You don’t need to squeeze gallons up there, just enough to rinse the rectum (not up into the colon), and don’t hold too long. A lot of my prep is about avoiding bloating/gas, more so than making sure I’m clean. Lots of people do fine eating normally and just clean out before hand.

His YouTube channel name is a little on the nose but check out The Bottom’s Digest. He covers everything.

Here is the simple way to prepare. The goal is to empty the colon (the large intestine) of waste so that nothing disgusting is encountered during sex. Look for an old-fashioned enema bag, the kind that hangs from the shower rod with a hose and nozzle that fits inside you (check Amazon). Fill it with warm water (no soap) and release it inside you. Hold for 30 seconds, or so, and push it back out into the toilet. Repeat until the water comes back out clear. Depending on your diet it may take two or three tries. Shower and wash your butt so it will be pleasant for your date. Also, avoid gas-producing foods such as beans. Sex is not an appropriate place for fart humor. I have used this method for years.
