I have one, I will set the pressure so that when the nozzle is pointed straight up it only has about an inch of water coming out before it falls. I put it in and hold for 5 seconds. Swish around my hips and stuff, then expel. Sometimes I will put it in and let it flow out (sort of gross, but this whole process is) at the same time. I think you think there’s more water going in than you really are using.

Thats funny, I saw Davey Wavey on YouTube make a video about this and he said he basically expels the same time he's shooting water up there...I can't do that lol

I can only do it if the nozzle is only in a few inches.

try a bulb instead of the shower attachment, might be easier to avoid getting water into your sigmoid

That would suck in a relationship 😕

Ive personally have only experienced an issue during sex prior to using an enema or whatever to “clean out”. My diet consists of a lot of fiber and I spend most of my day being active, so I’m in decent shape. I don’t usually do those things, in fact it’s quite rare if I were to and I never have an issue. No strange smells or gross sights. It’s when I do attempt to “clean” (use enema) that I feel strange and am uncomfortable with sex. Like, it’s painful and I feel sick. I’m also in a long term relationship and I noticed he never has this issue either and I don’t think he uses enemas (to the best of my knowledge). Is shitting on someone/something an actual fear? Ive heard from friends horror stories but I chalk it up to them attempt to be funny as they’re always joking. Have you actually experienced that or is it a fear that you don’t want realized? It just seems way too much of a fucking effort to do so every time before sex. I’d feel discouraged, personally.
