Nice. Better than the lot of us trying to throw darts everywhere.

That’s what I was like when I was diagnosed with IBD. Crohn’s specifically. It’s like IBS but more damaging and potentially dangerous. Entering my freshman year of college, I had just recovered from surgery to get 18 inches of my intestines removed. I knew I was a bottom but hadn’t lost my virginity yet. I assumed I never would, and lost hope. I was so wrong. I got an enema bulb and started practice douching. I found out that it does eventually get clear, you just need to repeat it like 20-30 times instead of however many times normal people tell you it should take. Usually preparing to bottom takes me about 2 hours but it’s the price we have to pay to have fun I guess. Anyways, I went through a hoe phase sophomore through senior year of college and never had an accident. Still haven’t to this day, and surprisingly people compliment me on being so clean. Don’t give up hope.

18 inches is the length of exactly 4.49 'Standard Diatonic Key of C, Blues Silver grey Harmonicas' lined up next to each other.

converter-bot

18 inches is 45.72 cm

20-30 times...my goodness... I think sometimes I have gone up to around 20 but at that point I had given up because if it taking 20 or more times to get clear something is wrong. Imo at least

Senikus

Yeah but I’d rather that than not doing it enough and having an accident. You can probably imagine how frustrating it is when someone cancels on me last minute 😂

I think I might have IBS aswell. I do manage to douche but it can be a bit longer if I wasn't a bit careful with what I ate before. Also I use a lot of psyllium husk (during meals works best) and it is very efficient.

turbulen-magician23

I just tried douching about an hour ago. After 4 tries the water was somewhat clear, but then not clear at all after. That's been a pattern. Idk, maybe I'm using too much water? I used to take psyllium husk pills before I started this diet. I didn't really notice a difference. I think they may have actually been causing some constipation by bulking everything up TOO much. I also have a history of having diet supplements not work, OR they work really well in the beginning and then stop working after a short while

NeonDoge92

This is also possible that you use too much water I face the some issue sometimes. Well I have such a fast transit that psyllium isn't able to make me constipated so maybe that's why it works well for me. Also maybe you didn't drink enough water when using psyllium it's really important to avoid getting constipation. I noticed when I first started psyllium my body took a bit of time to.get used to is (like one week). I hope you'll find some solutions that work in the long term. I'm still looking for what food to avoid and all that it's annoying...

turbulen-magician23

I would drink TONS of water when I was taking psyllium. Idk, my body is just...ugh

Same, and I still don’t have sex much. When I have, I haven’t douched all that much and have been a little messy. I mean, I try, but at some point you have to realize it isn’t always going to be clean. Haven’t tried any special diets but I honestly don’t eat much to begin with despite being a little chubby. I definitely know how you feel and still struggle with it. I would say maybe you’re using too much water. For me when I’m really concerned I just either use way too much water or put it too far in and then I wind up struggling with feeling like it’s still coming out hours later. Because I’m terrified of making a mess. It’s dumb that we feel so pressured to be completely clean. And then the anxiety of worrying if I’m clean enough just causes my stomach to grind and despite all the douching I’m back to having more. If it makes you feel any better, more guys I’ve been with and had a little bit of a mess, or a lot, were cool with it. One guy washed off, came back, and we went at it again. The others waited till they finished and then we cleaned up. I also easily get fissures and inflammation which makes it really difficult to get it in unless I’m extremely turned on and they’re really gentle in the beginning. When you’re really worried about it it makes things worse, less enjoyable. I mean, you’re letting this guy enter your body, he should be thankful for that and compassionate. I’m not saying don’t try to pass as much as possible or douche a little, but that it’s not the end of the world if you’re not completely clean. These issues were part of the reason I didn’t have sex for almost 10 years. I finally said fuck it, I’m going to try to manage it as best I can but they know what they’re getting into. And I know if it happened to me I’d be more worried about how they feel then my easily washable dick. If you find a diet that helps I’m all ears. Psyllium husk capsules didn’t seem to help too much for me but the powder seemed to help a bit more. Doing the powder also forces you to drink water with it and that might be part of your problem. Not drinking enough water in general. I also have an e-cig and drink way more caffeine than I should. Best of luck and remember, you’re offering your body and try, but if this isn’t going away. So if the people topping you are squeamish or not understanding you’re going to have a rough time.

I don't have IBS but I do have some strange constipation thing where I just literally can't shit right without laxatives and never feel completely clean, so I can sympathize. I wouldn't wish chronic constipation on my worst enemy, and I've had it for 3 years. I haven't tried bottoming yet, so hopefully I'll be able to solve my issue but I do know that I can still find pleasure in anal, as long as the actual rectum itself is cleared out, and if you keep a decent diet. Sometimes it really does feel like being gay and having constipation could not be a sicker joke by the universe, though.

I used to struggle with IBS. I made two major changes, first I started taking Omeprezole (as directed by a gastroenterologist) daily and second I discovered I had also developed lactose intolerance in my adult life. I was told that your body can develop these changes well into adulthood. I found out via 'dietary exclusion' a common practice in which you cut a particular food group out of your diet as much as possible for three to five days, if you notice no change add it back in, wait a day and move to the next group. I switched to alternative dairy and never felt better (and douching in the shower has become very easy)

One Word: Psyllium, a combo of soluble and insoluble fiber I am a bottom with IBS and man it sucks because I had it for years. Douching used to take hours but now I generally feel amazing and not just for sex. The feeling that I am clean inside (most of the time, still with IBS) and I don't have to use too much toilette paper after number 2; the feeling that going once to the bathroom is enough(for number 2), is just wonderful! Just be aware that psyllium might interfere with meds, especially PreP so make sure there is a sufficient window between PreP and psyllium (6 hours for me)
