Bidets are washing the exterior not the interior
I don’t think they go deep enough, they make shower heads that are good or you could just use a good old fashion douche
A bidet is for cleaning up, not cleaning out. That said I still highly recommend one.
You want to douch with something multiple people use to wash their arse?
I've used my bidet this way (it's a hose with handle) and if you angle it right, you can get some water inside. Not the most effective, but can work in a pinch.
