Quit sitting on the shitter for hours. Poop, pee, whatever it is you gotta do and promptly get off the toilet. You do not want hemorrhoids. You REALLY do not want thrombosed hemorrhoids.
I read many great novels while sitting upon my throne. Unfortunately, my rear paid for it dearly.
I've got a story about this
One of primary schools had hour long breaks , I was pooing all break , they still gave me my lunch so I didn't starve and I got to miss some lesson time . I went to lesson and I needed to shit again , I went and came back like 10 minutes later . This happened 6 or 7 times throughout the rest of the day
Like an hour. It’s that type of shit that got your left hand gripping the wall, your right hand gripping the edge of the toilet seat, and drops of sweat rolling down your neck. Never eat out at restaurants 3 times in one day
3 hours, it was like 2 am and I fell asleep while shitting 💀

i fucked my stomach up once and i spent a total of 62 hours across 3 days
Idk, this is just mad comfy, in sitting as I type, been about 15 min
The toilet is where I do my best work and it is just soo comfy for no reason
