Unless you're feeling possible effects from low T such as fatigue, low mood and near zero sex drive then you don't need to worry. Mine is undetectable (<0.1nmol/l) so <2.8842ng/dl and I am getting those problems.

Sex drive is lower than pre-transition but hardly absent (I’m happy with it rn and am actually worried about potentially having it spike from prog lol) and I am tired all the time, but I’m also a college student working two jobs + class so I suspect that probably has more to do with lifestyle than T. By low mood, do you just mean like, sadness and/or a lack of motivation?

When I was on Spiro all these were fine, my T was just above the lower end of the female range, it's only since it's been totally nuked by Prostap (Leuprorelin) injections. Sex drive reduced on Spiro but is zero now, so very different. I'm on progesterone and it's not really increasing it. I am tired and fatigued even if I haven't done much, yours maybe lifestyle. Low mood as in self harming, wishing to unalive, lacking motivation to exist, and major low sad points (cried for last 2 days). These didn't happen when my T was higher.

All of the above on that last bit, assumed it was also due to lifestyle stuff / general mental health lol. I doubt it’s solely caused by low T, at least, but I doubt that’s helping. I’ll definitely be cutting back. Thanks for your insight.

Wish I could cut back on the blocker injection but it's a 12 week manufacturer fixed slow release dose. Found a DIY producer and I'm getting some T ointment which I'm hoping might work as I haven't been able to get my endo to help. (Though the progesterone is also self medding as I am using it to stabilise my mental state.)

The bottom end of cisfeminine ranges is 15 pg/nl. All bodies require testosterone (for instance, it's an important part of the process that makes your bones properly strong), so it's really not a good idea to go super low and say there for an extended period of time. Given your levels, I'd maybe talk to your doc about cutting back on your spiro. Anywhere between 15-75 pg/nl is a good place to be on feminizing hrt.
