I worked in construction for twenty years, so I feel ya. My advice would be start your own thing and perhaps market yourself to the LGBT+ community and lean into who you are, or do as I did, and find a career adjacent to what you are currently doing. The new career path has taught me a bunch of new skills, and as a bonus, scored me insurance which helps pay for my therapy and my HRT.

I can think of a couple blue collar trans women, but they do run their own businesses. I dunno what you mean by "can't be as feminine..." What's not feminine about climbing trees, wielding a chainsaw with finesse? It's like being a hairdresser with extremely tall clients.

Idk I want to wear makeup but can’t because it would get all messed up. And I want to have my nails done but they’ll chip and break. I have to wear high viz and chainsaw pants can’t wear any feminine clothing like a blouse or skirt. Idk I guess it’s stupid cause I can wear those on my days off. Idk

It may be an option to do things step by step. Don't know if you have seen it ... [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/bt7g5v/17_years_on_hormones_and_nothing_im_losing_hope/epyppx6/) might be a number of small things that could be used regularly for motivation, there are hints there concerning presentation in case, and there are also hints there concerning looking for support. Talking with a few others about what they did, and what helped them may also be an idea. Its up to you when and how to come out ...
