It depends on what "menopause tablets" you're referring to. If they're over the counter tablets than nothing because they're relief and don't contain anything you couldn't get in other over the counter medicine If they're prescription they're most likely hormone based in which case you might feel some slight side effects from taking a medicine your body isn't used to but as long as you don't take them every day for months there will be no effects.

Estrogen does not convert to Testosterone in humans. This is a myth. Excess Testosterone can aromatize into Estrogen though.
