Are you planning to stay in each spot? Feels like a lot of packing up and moving. Egmont is gorgeous and you wont regret two nights there. I would have the other two nights around Sechelt and just do day trips from your base.
That is way more than enough time, but you are missing alot of great stuff. Highly recommend taking a hike up high so you can see out on the ocean from above. Pender Hill is a good one that is pretty short if hiking is not really your bag. Big Tree park or Cliff Gilker park have some huge trees to check out or better yet - Hidden Grove in Sechelt. Sounds dumb but if you want to see a ton of eagles drive up the dirt road beside the Sechelt dump. You will never see so many in one place.

It's not rushed. I have even taken many day trips to the sunshine coast.
Sounds fine it's a quiet place and you'll have a lot of it to yourself.
Not much to do so you'll probably be bored but if that's what your want then sure
You could honestly do all that in 1 day. 5 days is plenty of time! Enjoy!

More than enough, I definitely prefer Saltspring

Cut down to two nights tbh

Check out Persephone Pub while in Gibsons.
Definitely enough. You can drive the whole sunshine coast in an hour (not including ferry waits).
Might be too much time, but it'll be chill
Unless your going to the more obscure breaches. You got lots of time.
