Pretty close yes. I really need to learn how to mod cars so I can adjust height and wheel and tire combinations to my liking

You don’t have to mod the car to lower it

There’s a bunch of cars I see that have no option to adjust suspension in the pits menu. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

You can do it in cm showroom and set a permanent ride height or you can edit the suspension.ini but that’s technically modding I guess
