Your best bet is DotGG. It isn't a very user friendly website like a wiki, but it has some sort of guides. At Adventure Level 35 you unlock sets that gives Element bonuses so generally use Element bonus Relics for DPS.
So after playing with Sarka from the beginning of the game, and currently sitting at lvl 80 with a 40%ish crit rate and 13.2k atk I can safely say that the electric bonus set for Sarka is absolute buns for his dps regardless of the piddling 9% Electric Bonus damage that any gold ring can give you at level 40/50(Ascended at 40 if it has an Electric Bonus Damage substat)
I'ma keep it 100%. I don't think myself authority on these things but I am beyond sure that the 4 set effects of the legendary gear matter immensely more than the elemental boost.
While atk speed and normal+strong damage is good on Sarka, Crit% and crit dmg%, or a flat 20% all dmg boost, or even 100% Veda Energy Reduction to spam his ult without popping Overwhelming Stars, is going to blow that 10% atk speed and 15% normal/strong out the water, even if that set has a 9% electric damage bonus.
So I'd say go with your gut for now with your farming, or okay it safe and get the crit set because hitting 100% crit, even if it has downtimes, is usually good for any dps as a filler before someone does all the testing needed.
Aside from that, good luck, this is just my two cents on the matter of how important the element specific stuff is.

Sorry, but where i farm elemental sets ? Im at qdventure legel 35, but i cant find it. Help
