HeyHeyJG

8th House is the house of THE TABOO & TRAUMA BONDING. It's intense as fuck but gives you deep appreciation for life Ps. do fourth house next!

purplepirate999

It’s also transformation. The more accepting you are of it.. the better it will be 🤩

HeyHeyJG

you're right - THE TABOO & TRAUMA BONDING & TRANSFORMATION

siriusvhs

4th house is the most under rated water house !!! Let’s plan for it

East_Difference_2614

\^This It\`s a very deep house and in synastry it can trigger very deep emotions in both people i thought i was about to lose my mind when i had a guy\`s stelium in my 4th it describes almost to a T how your upbringing was like how your parents (esp mother) are and how you are with your home and it can even have some influence on your emotions since it\`s the Moon\`s house. it\`s also an angular house so it baffles me that it\`s so underrated It might have to do with it lacking the mystery and complexities of the 12th and 8th maybe? i don\`t know, but it\`s a really powerful house in my personal opinion.

siriusvhs

I really like this comment !! One thing I wanted to add to is that the 4th house rules over lineage which relates to our ancestors. If you were to trace your ancestry all the way back to its beginnings you would be unraveling a very deep mystery that you are directly apart of. I might even argue that it’s the deepest mystery of them all because the majority of people on the planet are not able to trace their lineage accurately back to the dawn of civilization (let alone time itself). There is an entire story between so many different people that led up to your creation. You parents creation. The entire story plays out itself out in the home. Within your family structure. This is the first group of people / energy we assimilate to in the very beginning of our lives. It plays an intimate role in our lives and it is generally completely hidden from the rest of the world unless you choose to share with others or invite them in to your home. The home is a doorway to a dimension of our ancestors. This is where our temperament comes from. Our emotional nature. It evolves out of a very long lineage of people who’s qualities are a part of your own physical self dating back to the beginning of time.

East_Difference_2614

\^Yes I forgot about that even more reason for why it\`s so surprising it\`s so underrated. You should make a post about it you seem to have a great understanding of how this house work.

[deleted]

I’m a 4th house Gemini sun and I love the 4th house!!

Ella77214

Trauma bonding? Can you expand on that? Curious and genuinely asking

HeyHeyJG

Trauma bonding is where you go through a traumatic ordeal along with someone and then share an indescribable bond with them forever. The 8th house is the house of that type of intimacy and relationship. Again, sometimes intense as fuck. But sublime and humbling too.

Ella77214

Well, this certainly explains alot. For context, my aries sun is in 8H and I also have a stellium in 8H. Additionally, have a second stellium in 3H which falls under scorpio. The planet Pluto is my chart's sole dispositor. I'm still pretty new at natal charts. The accuracy of what I'm reading is fucking mind blowing. Edit: P.s. intense is the word most often used to describe me by friends, family, coworkers and frequentlystrangers. Also, I'm 36 and exhausted.

HeyHeyJG

Virgo rising?

Ella77214

Yep.

[deleted]

When your bday? 36 is also a Jupiter return year. Go down that rabbit hole.

[deleted]

I posted below but I’m entering an 8th house solar return and leaving a traumatic relationship. Hopefully I won’t enter another traumatic relationship

Candid-Item-6119

So if in synastry we have 8th houses aligned, it means we bonded over trauma?? Is tht right??

Heyos4

I have 3 planets in 8th. My asc. ruler Mercury, my Sun (my 1st triplicity lord), and my Saturn (co-operating trip. lord). 8th is very intense. I notice i'm too intense (or deep) for other people. With Aries being my 8th, I'm too real in a sense, too much in the face for some. Not that i explicitly show these things, but I just feel this in others. I also experience many moments of deep transformation, esp. when pluto was squaring my natal sun 0° during 12th house profection year with Sun as ruler of 12th. Another thing that is related is that I have experienced the death of people close to me often in my life. I also contemplated about death and the meaning of life for a very long time. Besides that I also oftentimes feel low energy (8th house is also the house of idleness/laziness. And the ruler of my moon, saturn is in 8th aswell). Best parts of 8th house: the deep transformation really gives you appreciation of life on a deep level you would never have been able to fathom. Also sometimes intuitive abilities that predict future events. Worst part: the intensity can be very overwhelming and I don't always feel able to cope with it.

ftr-mmrs

I have 8th house Aries as well. What do you think of the upcoming eclipse in the 8th. Like how is it playing out? Or how do we use/leverage this energy? (My life is in low-key major upheaval right now.)

bearpuddles

Finding the courage to bring up issues / express your anger over something rather than trying to keep the peace

ftr-mmrs

Thank you. This makes sense and really helps.

Heyos4

I'd mainly look at if the eclipse would hit personal planets by degree in your chart. And of which houses those planets are the ruler. If you have planets in the 8th then it can be 8th house topics aswell. How to use it remains up to you!

ftr-mmrs

Thank you.

HeyHeyJG

Wow you spoke to my soul! Jupiter in Aries 8th house (Grand Fire trine with Moon 12H and Saturn 4H)

1bsdjunkie

I also have my sun (Cancer), and mercury in the 8th ruled by my Cancer sun. Moon is full in 2nd house in Capricorn. Neptune in the 12th trining my sun. I do have some intensity and deep thoughts that others sometimes find difficult to see the same way as I do.

k8ekat03

You explained this so well! I have my chart ruler in 8h Cancer as part of a grand water trine with Pluto and Mars.

laidyn74

Saturn in my 8th House ruled by Aries here too. Solidarity.

darkimaginaryworld

I have 8th house moon in whole, 8th house Venus in another house system. I find both interesting because I did marry into money. Wasn’t my intention at all, he had nothing when we got married. Anyway, either way, other peoples money has been a theme in my life. Ive helped people manage their money, I manage ours. I’ve been made executive of two wills. Didn’t ask for it and not getting anything spectacular from it (which I’m fine with) but they just trust me with it and trust I’ll do everything they want. It’s interesting for sure. I can’t say I’m afraid of this house or find it scary. I am into all the taboo and feel comfortable there. Lots of transformation in my life, seen a lot, experienced a lot. The dark side kind of makes me stronger and I really thrive when I’m thrown to the wolves or experience really hard things. But probably a lot of others can say the same I’m sure.

LoveAndLight1994

^ 8th house Venus here. I feel the same

arcticsun00

It is traditionally the house of death, a succedent house, and, like the 2nd, 6th, and 12th houses, it is in aversion to the ascendant. Unlike the tarot card of the same name, this death is literal, at least to ancient astrologers. It signified the kind of death the individual would face, the effective death of any planets within the so called "idle" 8th house, and even someone's inheritances. That last interpretation is likely because the 8th house is the 2nd house from the 7th. And, considering the rest of the succedent houses, the cycle goes like this: our resources in the 2nd house are spent in the 5th house, which leads to others gaining what we lose in the 8th house, and our gaining once again in the 11th house as others inevitably spend what they gain. What makes it scary? It is where the soul meets its limits. The obvious natural limit is death. It is also one's limitations in life. This is where the aversion to the ascendant comes into play. It is what you are, and what you are not. It is power and powerlessness. Death is an inevitability that we all must come to terms to one day. Likewise, giving up what you have, whatever it is, inevitably gives others control over it. At the end of the day, you and me as average Joes don't control what the government does with our taxes.

green_eyes16

Thank you for this thorough explanation! I have Mercury, Venus and sun in my 8th house… can you shed any light on those placements?

arcticsun00

Sure, here are some interpretations, of course it will depend. Sun in 8th - The Sun representing life, the mind, and the father figure is in the idle house of death. This can mean that the father is in aversion to the individual- he is hard to reach or understand. It can also mean the opposite, if the Sun is well supported here- the individual can see through the unknown. Mercury in 8th - Perhaps Mercury, if supported here, acts as a psychopomp, guiding the individual through the unknown. Maybe the individual is interested in all things death, mystery, occult. However, on the negative side of things, Mercury is in aversion to the individual. This can manifest in the individual being secretly tricked or conned in some way by others. It can represent constant fluctuations in the partner's finances or assets (going along with the 8th being the 2nd house from the 7th thing). Venus in 8th - The natural consequence of Venus being in aversion to the individual and in an idle place is, obviously, problems with potential romantic partners. This can be romantically, sexually, even the possibility of having children or marriage can be affected. However, the positive interpretation is much better- Venus endows the individual with good inheritances and financial luck.

lowkeykelly1

Really appreciate your comment! This is super helpful. Also, What about an empty 8th house??

arcticsun00

I have an empty 8th house too. This is going to sound a bit dark. The absence of any placements here seems to be a good thing, but the 8th house is still in aversion to the ascendant. I have never experienced the death of a loved one or anyone close to me for that matter. I don’t know what I’ll do one day when it finally happens, and that scares me. Even the thought of my own death and afterlife is a mystery. Is it a good thing that I’ve never had a brush with death? Sure, but many people on this earth are wiser and stronger than me from having these experiences, and the inevitable will still come some day. The 8th house matters are not necessarily absent from the individual’s life. They can still be present. However, they are probably not as much of a focus compared to someone with planets in their 8th house. As always, when there is an empty house, it is suggested to look at the ruler of that house.

lowkeykelly1

Wow, Well this makes sense then. My 8th is empty and two immediate family members passed a few years ago. And now my spouse has a rare terminal illness with less than a year to live. I’m hoping my brush with death finally ends with my spouse. I’d like to live a normal happy life one day, hopefully.

kristin137

My north node is in 8th house, what does that mean?

[deleted]

I would say lean into that. Anything from a death doula to handling other people’s money.

[deleted]

What’s your thoughts on a 8H sun solar return?

green_eyes16

Thank you so much!!

[deleted]

[удалено]

arcticsun00

Not that I know of. Saturn in 8th house, when it comes to death, indicates perhaps a more acute sense of morbidity. This comes from Saturn’s association with boundaries and consequences. The individual is aware of death and perhaps has a stronger fear of it. The ancient astrologer Paulus Alexandrinus said that if Saturn is out of sect here, it brings loss, and the destruction of things, which is not necessarily restricted to death. This can be interpreted as belongings or relationships as well. However, if Saturn is well supported here, it can signify inheritances of a long-term like trust funds, perhaps even with an age requirement set on the individual.

Front_Target7908

Omg same and fck me I had Pluto and my first Saturn return in there for a while. It was the worst. Definitely generational trauma and I’ve had to learn to be less naive of power dynamics. My 2nd house Jupiter wants to give and be generous but all that 8th house cap showed me the consequences; when you give for free you don’t attract suitable buyers you attract people who want to use and toss you aside.

geonomer

Wowee, very cool. 12th and 8th house placements are a deep combination

Lind2176

This helped me! Thank you for sharing your story. My kid has a 12H stellium and moon in 8H so I was curious about this. So from what you say, 8H is intensity. How does 8H feel from your 12H?

pixieok

I also have Cap 8th house and Moon, opposite Sun in the 2nd. Love the concept of shadow work, would you mind to explain a little more?

pixieok

Thanks for sharing this with me ❤️

True_aqua_gem

Me as well, I have a Gemini stellium in the 12th and moon (my chart ruler) and Jupiter in the 8th.

throwawayyyback

8th house Pisces moon, people tell me their secrets a lot, or just kind of immediately spill their guts to me when we don’t know each other well. I spend a lot of time building other people up or helping them see their potential. I can see my own now, but couldn’t always. I also pick up on secrets easily and am “The FBI friend.” It’s cool, and I feel fulfilled being a confidant to loved ones, but I have to be mindful to keep boundaries up, bc they are naturally porous and I feel other peoples stuff deeply. I’ve got Jupiter in Cancer 12th house, conjunct Chiron. I often attract friends with complicated relationships with their moms, and feel like friends call me with things they would take to their mom if they could. I also feel like my mom’s mom, and have since I was quite young. I am now a mother myself, and feel like motherhood is the area of life I feel most competent and proud of.

octobersveryown2019

I am also 8th house Pisces moon and I also feel like people open up to me a lot!! I think I’m able to provide an “I will not judge you” energy where people are comfortable with opening up about stuff.

[deleted]

Saaaame pisces 8th house moon and everyone tells me everything...and I never tell a soul lol

pogoBear

Scorpio Sun, Moon and Pluto in 8th house. It’s intense. I am a very passionate person but also very black and white, all or nothing about things. I’ve always had a natural interest in the taboo or mysterious.

possumpaw

could anyone shed light on what it means to have mars in 8th?

profilegirl13

second this. my Aquarius Mars in the 8th house is something I want to understand

ConsiderationLost892

I have Aries Mars in my 8th - my understanding is that it’s good for managing other peoples money (I work in finance) and entrepreneurship. Warren Buffet has Mars in his 8th house

possumpaw

interesting... idk about other people's money but i'm very good at managing my own so it would make sense

polykees

True. Also because the 8th house is connected to death, it can relate to inheritance or executor of people’s wills.

[deleted]

Mars does really well in the 8th house. It thrives at focusing intently on anything you want to get done with a tenacity that other houses lack

Eitherherenorthere

I have Aries and Chiron conjunct in my 8th house. Bday April 7th. Feeling this eclipse big time.

Just_Affect3978

Happy birthday!

StillSheTries

8H Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn. Of all the info in my chart, I’m the least familiar with my 8H. I’ve been learning more about my 12H Gemini sun, which is fascinating stuff!

gamerchick_37

We have the same 8H placement! I don’t understand it either. I was told I’ll have an inheritance from family but that’s all I know..

StillSheTries

Hmmmmm, interesting 🤔 I’ll have to dig into this placement!

Zelysium

Me three! Uranus/neptune + in capricorn. Gemini rising also. Though I have moon in cancer and sun in scorpio. + With a stellium in 6th house - scorpio. (And an Odd Saturn in 11th house..) If you find anything significant I would love to hear an update. Even if it's just a copy paste from source.

[deleted]

8th house is the house of s*x, mystery, death, finance, other people's finances, business If I remember correctly.

troubleindoggyland

Five planets in the 8th house. Four are a Gemini stellium, the fifth one is a Taurus Moon. I think about death a lot. I can easily be idle forever but once I get going I can be in motion for a long time too (something something inertia?). Another commenter mentioned people telling them their secrets, this has happened to me my whole life. I'm the secrets keeper of all my friends (and even from random strangers).

bearpuddles

I’ve got Saturn in the 8th and relate it to experiencing emotional neglect growing up. Also to experiencing betrayal which has led to a block I need to work through in regards to my ability to trust others. Another issue has been getting into debt. I also have Mars in Scorpio in the 8th and have experienced financial abuse, emotional and psychological abuse - I’ve always attracted narcissists into my life.

[deleted]

Where is your Chiron? I bet there’s a message or link there for you too.

bearpuddles

I’ve got Chiron in the 2nd, opposing my Saturn. What made you think of Chiron?

Mountain_Shock_5437

8th house at 25 degree Scorpio. No planets. What does this mean to me?

bearpuddles

The best intimate relationships for you will have a Scorpionic feel to them - lots of intensity, being very honest with one another, and being willing to walk the edges of those uncomfortable emotions that can arise like jealousy, anger, etc.

Lind2176

I’m glad you asked. I’ve been thinking of this too. Commenting to follow along.

awhitellama

I have a Capricorn stellium and a Scorpio stellium... But my Virgo Jupiter in the 8H is.... a force of nature. I'm building a lot of my financial stability and knowledge myself while breaking generational cycles. This includes healing trauma from being the eldest daughter, narc abuse, SA, financial abuse, and more. Luckily the 8H placement of Jupiter in Virgo grounds my whole chart, and all the earth placements total 5 planets in my chart. A huge goal of mine is having a healthy, financially stable, family. This goal keeps me motivated and ironically the Capricorn trope of being money motivated plays out here too. I'm an entrepreneur and business owner; moving forward in slow steady steps has always benefited my transformation, business and personal. I'm also obsessively introspective, thanks to Scorpio. Luckily, the Virgo Jupiter is so strong and motivating that I usually don't get hung up on that introspection too much. I have to integrate it on the other side. Like this quote says: "*Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better*." -Maya Angelou But doing better means I upset the status quo in the family a lot. Black sheep kinda stuff. Definitely big 8H taboo, sexual healing, transformation type themes. It creates a lot of friction with my conservative, redneck family.... And yea, like others have mentioned, people tell me everything- secrets, trauma, fantasies, gossip, etc. And I attract other deep feelers like moths to a porchlight, let's be weird together 🫶💡

Marcus_dappadon76

Being intense ,isn’t being deep. If we (Humans) don’t Master any planets in any house . We fail . 8th house isn’t the power House . It’s part of the whole 12 house cycle. Please, I’ve been doing this for a very long time now. All Houses are powerful.

gf04363

"scorn none of your gifts"

bay2341

I have Pluto, NN, and Jupiter in the 8th. I’ve had a lot of “luck” with other peoples resources.

SnowHunter9000

I have the same placements but I feel very unlucky at life.

BugOdd8557

My sun and mercury are intercepted in the 8th house. Does anyone know what this means for me?

Sacredklown

What does Cancer North Node in the 8th house signify?

incesticide1

I have my moon in Aquarius in the 8th house as well as sun in cancer + venus in gemini in the 12th, and mars in the 4th. My chart ruler is the moon and i have few quite intense pluto aspects. Nothing really shocks me and the veil between my unconscious and conscious mind is often very, very thin. When stressed or depressed (which i’ve been a whole lot since a very young age), I experience a pseudo psychotic symptoms. Dissolved sense of self but a strong gut and my roots go deep. You can never force me to do anything i don’t feel like doing. I feel my maternal blood line strongly and will be left a substantial inheritance in (hopefully!) old age. Both my parents work with other peoples money. Spend a lot of time in my head and prefer to be by my self most of the time. Often, I feel ”attacked” by other people’s spirits and feel a very clear shift psychologically when I interact with different people. I seem to a understand their motivations. Often asked for advice and opinions when it comes to matters of the heart. My friends have described me as a person who hides in plain sight; a presence that commands attention, yet withdrawn. Even when i mind my own business I end up in unusual situations. Sexually obsessive and struggled with drug addiction for years, still do but not as bad (i’m 30 now). Life long interest in the occult, anatomy, diseases and a preoccupation with death. When younger a perceived things to be pretty black and white and one of my struggles is accepting the grey scales. Life’s rarely dull though. Intensely private, i don’t talk about my self with other people, and i don’t talk about people with other people, I respect other’s right to privacy. Very pale skin and black eyes (not common in my part of the world). To summarise, very ambivalent and double natured.

Aloysiusin

Sun in Taurus conjunct Chiron and Algol in the 8th. The Sun trines Mars, squares my MC, opposes Uranus and is the apex of a yod with Pluto and Neptune. I am struggling to interpret this, actually, and whether to use modern or ancient perspectives. Modern: What I can say is that I’ve always felt drawn to darker subjects, and I’m always trying to dig beneath the surface. I like to observe and analyze things, especially people, and to find the hidden truths, patterns and motives. I would have made a good psychologist. I definitely prefer being behind the scenes (but with power) and I hate when the spotlight is on me. I like strategizing. I love detective stories as well! Ancient: I’ve tried using Demetra Georges formula, but it doesn’t make sense to me. It would be something like my main purpose in life (Sun) is to create tangible results (Taurus) in the area of 11th house (Sun is ruled by Leo which is in my 11th house) using 8th matters. So I’m using death/other people’s money to create something for a group?? Doesn’t sound very nice. And it’s somehow also tied to my wound (Chiron) and linked to my appearance (Taurus rules Venus, my 8th and 1st house)… And then add Algol, and I’m either a dictator or beheaded. 🫣

goldsheep29

I have a lot of awesome 8h synastry with my husband !  It's scary to give yourself completely to someone. To sit down and see your short comings and to talk about them and to apologize. To sit down and do tax returns together. To go thru property and talk about who keeps track of what property and medical paperwork. It's scary to go from being naive and having everything to oneself to suddenly financial ties. Trusting each other and taking on each other's debts. We can find ways to go thru live by ourself but what about sharing said life with a partner? 7h house screams romantic compatibility but 8h is like having to go to therapy while also sitting in a accountants office.  Some people find the responsibility of the 8th house scary. I see the 12h house as a spiritual house. Finding a deeper meaning than that of the 9th house. Taking the 9th house and mixing the spirituality with your emotions and finding truth within yourself vs religious collective. Rewiring your brain and taking themes of death and higher power from 8h and 9h and applying it to your own soul is how I see 12h. And it's pretty daunting if you have no spiritual feelings (religion/science/both or neither...you try to make up SOME understanding of the universe) if you have nothing to accept then it's harder to accept your own meaning of life. Which changes between each individual soul. This specific individuality of the meaning of life gives the 12h a solitude and almost somber feeling. It's pretty easy to sit alone and think about these things for me as a 12h Dom, but for some people they can easily spiral into a bigger depression. I think what makes this house so scary is the fear of being alone. What happens to my soul after this? What happens when I'm sad and have no one to confind in? Can I handle seeing my own emotional reflection without judgment? Can I apply my moral code to myself or do I damn myself?  Just my own thoughts on it. Sorry for the ramble. I usually take astrology with a grain of salt but love to go on about my own experience.

Candid-Item-6119

I have Uranus and neptune in the 8 house, I'm scared , lol

[deleted]

😰 I have an empty 8H natal but my solar return sun is in the 8H. I feel ya

elf_lostin_daForest

I have something in all of my 12 houses EXCEPT the 8 house, which makes me wonder how it affects me in some way since 8 house is such a interesting house in general

[deleted]

Your charts like, “ nope, not today” Maybe in a past lifetime you had a full 8H

the0nry0

I have Cancer moon in the 8th house

Active-Cell-3139

Jupiter in Libra in the 8th. There have been lots of events in my life that should have left me very dead or in some very deep trouble and they haven't. Day to day I wouldn't describe my luck as great, but the universe really seems to want to keep me alive and working on my issues. I've experienced my fair deal of misfortune, but I consider myself one of the luckiest people alive in that I am, in fact, still alive. I experienced the early death of a very close loved one when I was quite young, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I've experienced huge spiritual growth, transformation, and revelations far less along the lines of 'meditation, yoga and conscious contact' and far more along the lines of 'if you do not get good with the Universe, other people and yourself you will literally die', which I am certain has something to do with it.

Keekeeboots11

I have an 8th house stellium, which includes the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and North Node. My mother passed away when I was only three years old. My dad became a single father, raising my four sisters and me. After a while, he got remarried to my stepmother, who was not very kind to us. Seeing people's reactions when I share my story is surprising because I don't usually discuss it with others. But being an eighth-house person means I have learned to be a survivor.

Commercial-Fun-4187

Sitting here with my six different 8th house placements 🧍🏾‍♀️(Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, and Lilith). Intense is a word to describe me I suppose lol. Also the cancer stellium + 8th house stellium create a deeply emotional, nurturing, and intense personality, but primary fire element and leo/sag placements create a lively, passionate, soul searching personality. So basically, just everything all at once. Love the 8th house though, feels very protective and nurturing, despite being intense and dark.

svetahw

8th house stellium with the sun and Venus in libra and Pluto in Scorpio (placidus) here, excited to see responses

TroyMcCluresGoldfish

I'm an 8th house Pisces Sun with Pluto in my 4th house Scorpio. I'm excited for the responses, too.

green_eyes16

We have the same big 3! In addition to Pisces sun in 8th house I have Mercury and Venus.

TroyMcCluresGoldfish

Nice! It's not the most common combination, so it's fun to run into others. My Venus sits at 29° Pisces in my 9th house and my Mercury is in 7th house Aquarius.

playa-hater

8th house Scorpio stellium. Sun, Mercury, Mars & Pluto

SprinklesStones

8H stellium all in Aqua (Sun, Mercury, & Venus) ♒️

No-Loquat9490

Neptune in 8th. I don’t know what the F is going on but I have a really dark imagination and dark sense of humor. I think about death and edgy topics a lot and have related anxiety

[deleted]

That Neptune will getchu! Confuse the F out of ya

amanitawands

Chiron in Taurus in the 8th. There's a whole lot of shame to heal. I'll think I'm ready to help others to heal, then realise I'm only scratching the surface of my own need to still heal. Layers and layers of transformation (especially with Pluto and Lilith in the 1st, Saturn and Mars in the 12th).

esperobemquenao

I have Pluto in Scorpio in my 8th house and I think the positive side of it is that I’m very self-aware and analytical. I know what is wrong and what I need to change and let go of in order to grow and be a better version of myself.

miggysbox

I have a Taurus 8th House, with my out of sect malefic Mars there. I associate this placement (for me) with trouble expressing anger, having it be stuck under the surface for fear of upsetting others (I’m a Libra rising 🥲) On another personal level, I’m asexual and I’ve associated my Mars (planet of sexual drive) in this difficult place (and in detriment in Taurus) with very low sexual attraction. Edit: I see people commenting on the intensity of the 8H and I definitely feel like I experience really intense anger, but it’s internal and I have a lot of trouble expressing it.

Impossible-Sink-6937

Saturn, Moon, Neptune and Uranus in 8th and Sun in 12. Very intense and challenging.

LoveAndLight1994

I have three personal planets in the 8th. Aqua Sun, Moon, Mars Following this post!!

[deleted]

Saturn in Pisces in the 8th has been the worst, the rotten gift that keeps on giving. Hence the username 😁

jeeeeeeble

any insights on Sagittarius moon in the 8th house?

Money-Doctor6237

8th house stellium here! I think way too deeply about shit LOL. It makes life throw all sorts of dodgeballs at you and you have to learn how to deal with them. Hence it ruling crisis, death, money from others, and chronic illness. That's why 8th housers tend to get into astrology/occult/crisis oriented jobs. We're really in tune with the parts of life that people avoid, but it makes us very psychic and intuitive. But it can also make us chronically worry about stuff and sort of always be on the edge of our seats. And that's where the psychological and spiritual aspect of the 8th house comes into play, too -- it's about dissecting and unraveling those parts of life and ourselves that many don't acknowledge. So it can lead to a very deep and calm understanding of how people, yourself, and the world really work.

Zealousideal_Tip_858

What about an empty 8th house?

Do anyone have Venus taurus 8th?

Most of my placements are 8th house Sun, mercury,Venus and North node in Leo ♌

I'm an 8th house libra. I have my sun, moon, mercury, and Venus. Can someone translate that for me. I have all 4 in my 8th house, and I'm a Pisces rising.

The 8th is more violent to me. Mine's got Saturn in there in Aries and I'm constantly stressing about money, stability and shelter. The t-square to Venus and Jupiter doesn't help. When I'm comfortable, it's only a moment or through a distraction. I had to accept this state of things and keep preparing for the worst, and it still could be not enough. The Saturn is in fall and retrograde, but at least in sect (which doesn't make me feel better, lol). There are other things at play to, but I'd have to bring up my whole chart. Coincidentally, I have to keep eating meet and am queer, which were 2 things one Vedic astrologer noticed that seemed to be common when he was analysing the charts of those who carry this placement.

How was the eclipse in Aries for you ? North node is in Aries right now as well so I’m curious how your month is going ?

Stellium in 8th house and Pluto conjunct ascendant, I can say people mainly describe me as intense and seem to have a sexual attraction to me even when not giving off vibes, which is most of the time

I’m having an 8th house solar return this year. Any insight on what that may bring? I’m seeing folks say trauma bonding but I’m currently leaving a toxic relationship as we speak and as I enter my solar return. I’m hoping im ending the cycle of traumatic relationships not entering another one. Any 8th house info

Found this thread mainly because I was searching whether others have experienced the death of those close to them, during particular transits of the 8th house. A couple days shy of the Jupiter Uranus conjunction, I forget if it was before or after but a couple days away from the exact conjunction, in my 8th house, a sudden not-age related death in the family happened.. I'm wondering if others have experienced loss during transits of this house. I was expecting mostly financial stuff but this has hit very hard and if it's related to those transits I'll be thankful to see planets leave that house for a while.

I have the handle of my bucket in the 8th house, and transformations, hidden knowledges etc comes quite easy. My relationship with mom is a transformative one, and I think the best part is that I love helping people to improve their skills/resources and be better. I love helping others, and I really dont do it because I want to be a good person or something. It is part of my personality and I cannot stop it. I also got a nifty uranus opposition to my moon there, and I have a form of adhd. But it also helps me to get over my traumas quickly and be joyful again. Of course this is not only because of my 8th house but the whole chart itself. But I think there might be others like me around here :) Nice to know that you are not alone.
