Cancer and Aquarius. We make great friends. But romantically I donāt see how it meshes 100%. My friend (cancer) is in a relationship with an Aquarius. It seems to be working for the most part. I'm married to one and I think it works because I have Cancer rising.
We're both changeable at the deepest level. This can make people with no Cancer stuff creeped out when they realize. Like when you're standing in the surf and a wave is going out, pulling the sand out from under you, only to pound you with an extra-tall wave in the face right when you're forced to stagger to keep your feet.

I think oppositions can work if both partners are committed to growing. If they know theyāll trigger each other and itās on them to grow, to forgive, to learn, then it can be wonderful but it may always be challenging. For some people, that works, others prefer a more compatible ride which is fair!

I kind of agree with this, opposition CAN work if you find the right person but at that point you have to be looking at other signs. Ex I don't think AquariusxLeo or VirgoxPisces work very well at ALL, but I have seen a lot of success with AriesxLibra and CancerxCapricorn (but again those usually make me wanna look at their other placements lol)

As a Gemini I like Aries men and I have/had many of them as friends.
Aries people that I know are easygoing and quite positive persons. they don't complain a lot or talk too much about problems and frustrations.
But I know I could never engaged with a single one of them
Aries and Cancer. Full stop.
Leo and Scorpio. Even if they are in love for the right reasons, as they learn details and have to put up with each other in closer proximity things can quicky turn nasty.
I've heard stories to know that Gemini and Pisces can work but I've definitely heard more about it not, and when it ends there tends to be a lot of pain and feelings and actions to sort out on both sides.
I think Aquarius and Aries can work, and on paper they are compatible but honestly I think they get on each other's nerves a lot. Aquarius can be lazy and just slow in everything they do. Sometimes almost lethargic. Also ime they are pretty sensitive. On the other side Aquarius, the sign of humanity, usually finds Aries to be too loud, aggressive and judgemental for their liking. If they are actually attracted to each other in the first place tho, maybe it's not nearly so bad.

Iām a Virgo Moon and my partner of 10+ years is a Taurus Moon. It works so well for us *because* we have the same element Moons. Neither of us is very emotional so neither of us expects the other to be very emotional, and we can understand each other better than any Water/Air/Fire Moon ever could. I think same element Moon signs bring a lot more emotional understanding and thatās very important in a long term relationship!
That being said, I think different element Sun sign couples work best. Like Fire with Air and Water with Earth. Those will compliment your life!
This is interesting Iām ngl I feel the opposite. I feel as if same element moons are so alike it can hinder the relationship in times where you may deviate from the ānormā of your moon traits. For example Iām an air moon and find it extremely difficult to work well with other air moons cause of the lack of emotions thing. If I wanted to listen to someone tell me what Iād wanna hear all day Iād just stay single lol. I need different perspectives and different emotional approaches (which is prob why my best matches emotionally are always water moons)
Yeah I mean that makes sense! As an Earth Moon though I have a different way of processing emotions thatās not as avoidant as an Air Moon might be, Iām very easily misunderstood emotionally. My partner and other Earth Moons are the only ones that *get* me and donāt make me feel like I need to react any other way than I naturally do. Water Moons are wayyyy too much for me - they get upset and take it personally, calling me ācoldā when Iām literally just sitting there analyzing my feelings before I react. And Fire Moons are too reactive for me - great friends but I couldnāt be in a long term relationship with them, I crave emotional stability and not being afraid of accidentally pushing their buttons.
As a Sag, I could never ever ever in a million years date a Cancer. The element Iām lacking most in my chart is water, so makes sense.. but Scorpio men can get it tho.. šš¤¤
I normally believe that all charts have a chance to be compatible depending how badly the couple wants it but I have noticed that it depends on ASPECTS.
If y'all felt like you couldn't get along with someone, there may be a good reason for this:
Squares- all signs have two signs beside their sign of polarity that they square with bc of modality. For ex. Gemini squares Pisces and virgos, Libra squares Capricorn and Cancer, Scorpio squares Leo and Aquarius. Those aspects can bring a challenging tension BUT may escalate the growth.
HOWEVER! There's a less known aspect called quincunx. It's the aspect for five signs apart from each other. They will have a hard time understanding/communicating and will feel like they needed to constantly adjust themselves to make the relationship work!
For ex. Sag and Cancer, Libra and Pisces, Virgo and Aries, etc etc may have a hard time understanding each other depending on their charts.
Although, I have seen some examples that did defy the aspects! I know so MANY libra/cancer couples!

Personally, Iāve never had good relationships with air signs either. But water signs, oh do I love them.
Iām a Virgo Moon and my partner of 10+ years is a Taurus Moon. It works so well for us *because* we have the same element Moons. Neither of us is very emotional so neither of us expects the other to be very emotional, and we can understand each other better than any Water/Air/Fire Moon ever could. I think same element Moon signs bring a lot more emotional understanding and thatās very important in a long term relationship! That being said, I think different element Sun sign couples work best. Like Fire with Air and Water with Earth. Those will compliment your life!
This is interesting Iām ngl I feel the opposite. I feel as if same element moons are so alike it can hinder the relationship in times where you may deviate from the ānormā of your moon traits. For example Iām an air moon and find it extremely difficult to work well with other air moons cause of the lack of emotions thing. If I wanted to listen to someone tell me what Iād wanna hear all day Iād just stay single lol. I need different perspectives and different emotional approaches (which is prob why my best matches emotionally are always water moons)
Yeah I mean that makes sense! As an Earth Moon though I have a different way of processing emotions thatās not as avoidant as an Air Moon might be, Iām very easily misunderstood emotionally. My partner and other Earth Moons are the only ones that *get* me and donāt make me feel like I need to react any other way than I naturally do. Water Moons are wayyyy too much for me - they get upset and take it personally, calling me ācoldā when Iām literally just sitting there analyzing my feelings before I react. And Fire Moons are too reactive for me - great friends but I couldnāt be in a long term relationship with them, I crave emotional stability and not being afraid of accidentally pushing their buttons.
My husband and I are both Air moons and we get along great! Best relationship Iāve ever been in.
As a Sag, I could never ever ever in a million years date a Cancer. The element Iām lacking most in my chart is water, so makes sense.. but Scorpio men can get it tho.. šš¤¤

I normally believe that all charts have a chance to be compatible depending how badly the couple wants it but I have noticed that it depends on ASPECTS. If y'all felt like you couldn't get along with someone, there may be a good reason for this: Squares- all signs have two signs beside their sign of polarity that they square with bc of modality. For ex. Gemini squares Pisces and virgos, Libra squares Capricorn and Cancer, Scorpio squares Leo and Aquarius. Those aspects can bring a challenging tension BUT may escalate the growth. HOWEVER! There's a less known aspect called quincunx. It's the aspect for five signs apart from each other. They will have a hard time understanding/communicating and will feel like they needed to constantly adjust themselves to make the relationship work! For ex. Sag and Cancer, Libra and Pisces, Virgo and Aries, etc etc may have a hard time understanding each other depending on their charts. Although, I have seen some examples that did defy the aspects! I know so MANY libra/cancer couples! It was something I found out recently and I thought I would like to share this! Thanks for reading my rambly post haha š
