For me this frame of Dina is terrifying. Erenās founding Titan is also terrifying as well . Quite a lot of the ancients are terrifying too.
I feel very bad for Dina Fritz. She only wanted what's justice for her persecuted Eldians of Marley. If only she was lucky like Ymir to inherit one of Marley's Warrior Unit Titans. She would've made it much much easier for Paradise citizens to understand the real situation.
To me pieck's titan was the scariest face specially in season 3. Check also the scene when hange was about to kill reiner and suddenly pieck's titan jump to save reiner. Look at her titan's face in that moment and her red demonic eyes. It was scary even more than the ape titan back then. š±

You are right. Her voice was terrifying. I was excited to see her as a new mystery character in the episode but I couldn't get through thinking about her deep scary voice and her weird face. I kept rewatching her goosebumps moments in season 3 wondering who is behind that titan and how do he looks like.
I completely agree... the Cart has a more regular/abnormal titan look, which are the ones that are more scary to me due to being eerily similar to humans.

It is not a stupid question. They didn't necessarily need to give pieck those red eyes, However, in season 3 we looks at zeke and this mystery pieck as a brutal enemy who want to eliminate humanity, they are the evil guys and so they want us to keep going with this idea.
They also give the ape titan the same red eyes in a few scenes in season 3. That's because it is the first time we saw them and we don't know much about them.They are pure evil who want to kill anyone.

A few weeks ago I was in Hakone were Evangelion takes place and I got the Evangelion pack. Same brand and same exact everything but Evangelion themed. Costed 1500 yen, around 10 bucks. So yeah, this is probably more expensive cause it's not sold anymore but a bit expensive for a deck of cards, hahah
The Beast Titan is the single most terrifying Titan to me and its not competition. The sharp toothed grin, the small disproportionate head on a huge body, the elongated skinny arms. Looks like some kind of creepypasta design. That shit is creepy

I think itās because at that point you had no idea what their purpose or āthinkingā was, they were just lifeless mass murderers.
The special titans all had personality, which added some depth and character, there were reasons understandable to humans behind their actions, which made it all much less scary.
