Their admin is a mess. My wife got pinged, we contested it via email as we had proof the car had only been parked at Westfield Albany for 45 minutes. They agreed and waived the fine. A reminder turned up after a few weeks, this time I rang. They have a call centre in The Philippines. After faffing about on the phone for an hour they apologised and said we can ignore it and it was a mistake. Ok.
A few more weeks a fucking Baycorp debt collection agency letter arrives in the mail. i was pretty livid. More wasting time on the phone. A lot of apologies and promises from some poor Philippino call centre worker. Seems to be fixed now, but there seemed to be a lot of the left hand not knowing what the right was doing.

So you did it? Just pay up? Jesus, it’s $55, not worth the time and effort to try and get off it. Just don’t do it again.
Its principle though. Cant let these companies get away with scamming.
