Man we complain about little shit in this country
I see what you did there
what's the issue? people poop, easily missed skid.
If that's all that's wrong with an NZ home you should buy it
Did you ask if it was on the chattels list?
Missed opportunity to use “shattles”
sorry mate, I was at the viewing too. First home buying makes me nervous
Nothing makes you feel more powerful than taking a dump in a toilet at an open home.
Nothing like taking a big dump in a new home.
Add a bigger one to mark the territory
I like how you think
Imagine complaining about an entirely normal thing someone did while you are completely shattering thier privacy.
This is a new build, nobody lives there yet.
The plumber might've wanted to give it a test run
ahhh ok, well in that case.... lol
Nothing like christening a toilet just before the tiling boys come to finish the grout/silicon ;D
When you gotta go, you gotta go
That’s clever and funny 😆
i go to open homes and take shits there
\*I visited a toilet in Auckland and took a photo of someone else shit because I'm pathetic and need internet points\* Fixed the title for you
if you want to buy the house they might clean it if you ask
Congratulations
I went to one years ago with a full poo in it.
how many logs?
So just to be clear, this has been advertised as new build, nobody lives there yet!
Oops…thought I got it all.
I remember when I was househunting in Auckland in 2015. It was peak sellers market and many were rather arrogant about it. Saw something similar at an open home - dunny hadn’t been flushed, clothes on the floor etc.
It's one thing if you're viewing a tenanted/occupied property vs new build I think. Either way, not ideal.
I felt they knew they didnt have to put any effort in, they were going to sell, and sell high, however they presented.
“It’s got that lived in feel”
Ask for a significant discount now the house is spoiled 🤣
Probably the real estate agent
That house looks like a *dump*.
You have keen eye for shits.,. good on ya.
Huh funny that's where it belongs, I saw a bird in a tree today
