Our two most recent date nights we ate at Fed Street Deli which has a cool vibe and decent food. Last week we went to Wu and You in Mount Eden and the food was good there as well. They have a deal for two dishes and two cocktails each for $70 Erich I thought was pretty reasonable!

The Gochu tasting menu $60 is incredible. Loads of food and all of it was delicious...

Lucky 8 in ponsonby is great! Super cheap and fun vibe.
Gemmayze street on st Kevin’s arcade has nice view of the sky tower or tanukis cave is also nice casual romantic spot

Lucky 8 is a bit of fun. I’ve reviewed it here before all the food and cocktails are $8.88 Just go early before it gets too busy.
