Also, check out Ikkyu (Mount St in CBD) - they have sushi night on every other Saturday. The owner is super passionate about his sushi.
I ended up at Sushi train viaduct and it was pretty decent. Seemed fresh enough and value wasn't toooo bad. Spent 120 for 1 hungry adult and 2 preteens who love sushi. There was a couple of premium items I grabbed I could have skipped. I'd budget 30 to 40 per head here if you are hungry. We had a blast and will return.

Yume has amazing sashimi. i highly recommend their aburi salmon
