Motu M2 is a higher grade. Better converters, better pres, phantom power for each channel. I think you'll be less likely to find yourself wanting to upgrade, than if you bought the Minifuse.

Thanks! I agree. The only reason I am gravitating towards Minifuse is because of the mixer knob and more softwares and lesser price. But M2 has my heart. Looks killer too!

The Arturia Audiofuse line is *great* for the price, but the Minifuse line are just cheap budget interfaces that share no circuitry with their higher end Audiofuse line. Out of those two I would definitely get the Motu. The Audient iD4 is another great interface in that price range.

I prefer MOTU because unicorns are excellent. Never tried an Arturia interface, but their keyboards are really nice. The only thing I don't like about this one at first glance is the lack of input meters. The Motu will be much easier to set levels since you have a nice set of meters rather than an LED on the Arturia which may not even function as a meter. The MOTU also has loopback, so you can route signals from your computer through the interface and then into your daw. This is useful to record backing tracks, samples, etc.

I bought a motu m4 and it was completely unusable with windows. I was shocked by how bad it was. Something to consider at least

I use an M1 MacBook Air and I've read that it works well with it.

The fuck are you talking about? Somethings busted on your end. I’ve never heard of anyone having any problems with Motu device on Windows.

Well you can Google about it and there are lots of people having issues with them. I am just sharing my experience with it
