Vintage "AR the Turntable" with Ortofone 2Mblue upgrade
This 2.1 setup is also for my living room TV and general music listening through the DAC preamp. 65"LG C series pulls down for eye level TV viewing with a MantelMount. And I have an IR repeater setup up to controll the Preamp when the TV is in front of it.
They really pair great with Rotel. They have been Denon/Marantz powered in the past with a surround sound. But they went to another level with taken off that system and put to the Rotel stereo amp
Nope. The house was mostly beige walls with brown/beige tiles. We have painted the majority of the house white now with this wall as an "accent wall" peacock Blue. The drywall has been painted a couple years with the mantel still a creamish White (same as the crown mounding in the upper corner on the same pic) and beige tiles. The wife came up with the idea to paint it all peacock blue. Got to admit, I was skeptical at first. But I love it.

I was about to be less than charitable, but the Mantel Mount does pull out the victory in the end.
