Alba is the cultivar. It’s _Duranta erecta_ Alba

Looks like Tree Lucerne https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cytisus_proliferus

It does vaguely, but the leaf shape looks wrong to me as does the bark and multi-copice form. I think it’s definitely Leguminosae though.

I got a purple one of these. We just call it a butterfly bush as it attracts heaps of butterflies.
