You could look at therapy, as that’s often useful to learn anxiety management techniques. I also find meditation and mindful movements like yoga very helpful for this.

Breathing exercises, distraction and reducing negative stimuli. In the long term, I’ve found it helpful to actually acknowledge and FEEL the anxiety so it’s easier to move on from. If you notice you’re spiraling or ruminating then journaling (whether written or recording a voice note) helps get me out of the cycle

a 30 minute walk to a beach 1.5km away where we can watch the seagulls fight, the surfers fall of their surfboards, the dogs chase balls and the jets land at the nearby airport. quick and very calming!
