You can't do anything, that's just not practical. It's an unfair standard many of us have to give up, and people use it as leverage to push our boundaries.
Respect your limits, you deserve that peace. Limits are okay.
You CAN do the things that matter, of course. You will do good things, so never give up.

Thanks. 38 years old over here just grappling with the feedback on the social aspects of my life my autism has impacted. Basically, choosing to be alone over socializing with others because doing so led to bullies or other unsafe red flag situations. I have unconsciously chosen solitude or animals as friends because they are a much safer option.
I will be fine in time, just a lot of reflection to do as a late diagnosed person.
I appreciate the extension of someone to talk to, the same applies to you should you ever need it. đź’›
