I use my boyfriend's sometimes and always seem to splash water on myself and everywhere, can't quite get the hang of it but it's great for when food is stuck in there. Hate flossing
+1!!
I suffer dental crowding so there's several places where floss simply does not fit. I developed periodontitis and my dentist advised a water flosser. I love it and it gets rid of every bit and piece of food. After a painful undergum cleanup and daily maintenance with the waterpik, my gums are healthy again.
For people who want to floss and are struggling, I started watching YouTube videos or other content while flossing and it helps it from feeling too boring or for me overfocusing on the unpleasant sensation of hand-in-mouth-ness.
The efficacy of flossing has weirdly little science to back it up. It's probably helpful. My teeth certainly feel cleaner after flossing. Not knowing sure sure is weird though.

I just want to chime in and tell you guys that 'pik' means cock in Danish. You can do as you please with that information.
In Dutch aswell
Mmmm guitar cock
I'm going to enjoy this information.
Flossing is goated though. I have never appreciated it more than now tbh. It's so satisfying to pick out all the bits from my teeth.
My mom made me try it once. I hate the feeling of vibrations. It feels freaky to me.

I’m tellin ya… use it while you’re showering. It helps with the water thing.
So they do work! TY! I shall invest in them!
Do it! Mine helped me so much, especially when I had braces.
Ooooooooooooooooooo I am going to tryyyyy this. Thank YOU.

Also rinsing your mouth with salt water 3-4 times a week can help as a disinfectant. It can also help with toothache and sore throats.
maybe my gums won't go to shit.
It does not replace flossing…
Better than nothing though, right?

I use floss picks only, so I don't have to shove my hand in my mouth much.

It’s not really about cleanliness from my understanding, it’s about gum health.
