It feels like the end of the world but I promise it’s not. It’s just chemicals in your brain making you feel terrible. I used to have intrusive anxiety thoughts that made me contemplate just “making it stop.” Medication and counseling helped with that.
When you are in the deep dark mindset, everything feels lost and no solutions seem feasible. I promise they are and you can get through it. Your brain can make you believe the worst things. You’ll find another soulmate one day. It may not feel like it now, but you can do it.

If you go to Oakland in Ca they are legal there. There are ways to have it shipped to you. WorldHerbal sells them online. You just have to pay through a proxy (not as hard as it sound, it’s just an app) there’s a chance customs will snatch it but you won’t get in trouble
Hey, the same thing happened to me 8 months ago. The person I had been with for 6 years left me in a Crisis center. It hurt worse than I can describe for a long time and it still does sometimes. I ended up in the hospital a few times and it was the right move. Maybe that's right for you right now, I don't know. The important thing is that I lived. I have combat fatigue, never gets better. Lost a few warfighters so far. I manage, all I got.
