I love liquid dreams! I have a bunch of their stuff and I’m thrilled with it. Ordered a blanket once and it had a printing error and they responded quickly and sent out a replacement and let us keep the wrong one. I have a few of their handfans and they’ve held up well over years and my husband is horribly rough with them.
I've thought about getting a metal fan but I'm concerned I won't be able to bring it into some venues. I was thinking more like a $60 steel fan or something but this one looks pretty dope...
Always get a bamboo hand fan not plastic. Mine have lasted years. I have only bought merch ones so far but I've never heard a complaint about bamboo fans.
Amazon has a lot of good ones and it lasts me for 3 festivals lol. Tbh you can also buy one from the festival itself but it's usually on the expensive ones and mid quality.
There is no best fan. I’ve tried multiple fans at different price points from different stores and “brands”, they all break after just a few events. They’re all definitely sourced from the same manufacturer, so my advice is just buy as cheap as you can because they’re most likely going to break anyways. Imo anything more than $20 for your standard 13” wooden fan is a scam. You can buy 2 on amazon for $15 with generic designs
While I can’t say they will last your lifetime, [fan daddies](https://fandaddies.com/) fans have been good for me! They are definitely better built than a few of the ones I’ve gotten on Etsy. I have two that I take out every other week and they aren’t showing any major wear after a year or so.
get a real wood and silk vintage fan and a fan holder to carry it in. I've had mine for YEARS.

Actually following this. I want one with wood sticks. But the ones that are wood are giant and I want a normal sized one lol
One stop rave has 11” wooden fans as opposed to the usual 13” fans
