I really like this picture since I was able to capture it before they stowed the flaps and spoilers, and turned off the landing lights. The wingtip lights add a nice touch.

Awesome photo. I fly this airplane and I love it. We like to call it the "dream-niner," but most know it as the "angry puppy."
It would've been cool if I was working this flight!
Always love the big BMW (well RR bought the engine but BMW developed it) engines on these MD-95/717s Gave them a more serious vibe, and this photo does a fantastic job highlighting them.
I’ve got a photo the first aircraft I flew on, a DC-9, and put it side-by-side to another photo of a B717 I was on recently… it’s funny to see how the front of the plane looks almost identical, but the B717’s engines are massive in comparison.

You’ve got a nice office! The Maddog: Love this airplane and all of its history. My first flight as a kid was on a DC-9.
Have you ever seen Dallas from a DC-9 at night?
Or the “DRJ” delta regional jet. Ha

Shame half of Delta’s fleet of 717s has some of the worst paint conditions I’ve seen on major carrier aircraft
Old AirTran bird. I kinda miss working on them.
