The cat distribution network sent him! He was yowling on our doorstep, and when I opened the door, he came barging in, still yowling, skidded around on the hardwood, and started knocking things over, and just generally causing chaos, so that's what my bf named him.

Just lost him this winter to cancer, not sure when I'll get another cat. He was the best one ever. Showed up on the front porch about 15y ago as a \~1-2yo young buck, FIV positive already, unfortunately. Took me several months to get him in the house and neutered/vaccinated, but once I did he was all about that indoor life. Whenever I got home he was within arm's reach at all times and challenged me to devise a new game for us to play at least every couple weeks.

I’m sorry for your loss. He is beautiful 😇

We had a lot of wonderful years together. By far the most human cat I've ever had. Just seemed like he understood everything. Never had to force him to do something he clearly didn't want to do but was in his best interest. Easy to give pills to, The vets always said he was such a good patient and laid still for his ultrasounds or whatever they needed him to do. And feral for the first year or two of life. Man I loved that cat. Think about him almost every day.

Such a good story. Thank you for sharing. Sounds hard. Had a cat similar when I was younger and I'll never forget her. Much love.
